Southeastern Technical Solutions, Inc. (STS) was founded in 2004 to provide utilities engineering and training services. Although the firm is headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida, it specializes in providing in-house and local services for its municipal and private utility clients. STS offers public and private sector experience, documented expertise, and a suite of personalized water and wastewater systems services, including:

These services are provided by the firm’s president, Ms. Shondra M. Neumeister, P.E., who has served in the Incident Command Structure for a municipal utility and is an adjunct instructor with the National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center headquartered at Texas A&M University.
