Emergency Response Plan; Town of Highland Beach, Highland Beach

Southeastern Technical Solutions prepared a comprehensive emergency response plan for the Town's utility systems. Scenario-specific response actions were developed for hurricanes, floods, vandalism, contamination of the water distribution system, and water shortage. Responsible parties were also identified for the various response actions. The plan was written and reviewed to comply with the requirements of the 2002 Bioterrorism Act and Chapter 62-555, Florida Administrative Code.
