Emergency Preparedness Training; Broward County Office of Environmental Services, Pompano Beach

Southeastern Technical Solutions developed and delivered a one-day emergency preparedness training seminar for BCOES division managers. Eight BCOES-specific, table-top scenarios were developed based upon site visits to various facilities, and six were presented. STS staff facilitated the training exercise and documented the scenarios, response actions developed by the BCOES managers, and recommendations for improvement to the response actions in an “After Action Report.”
