Comprehensive Plan Updates; Charlotte County Utilities, Port Charlotte:

Southeastern Technical Solutions prepared the 2005 update to the infrastructure element (water and wastewater) of Charlotte County's Comprehensive Plan.
This update included preparation of water demand and wastewater generation projections, inventorying utilities within the County as to their capacities and general condition, identifying water and wastewater system expansions that were required to meet projections, and evaluating the effects of septic systems on the overall provision of sanitary sewer service.
